Business Analyst

• Collaborate with other team members to make media optimization recommendations across channels and DSPs, delivering a cohesive consumer experience and optimizing outcomes.
• Work closely with Trading Solutions Coordinator to monitor overall campaign delivery and provide optimization recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to all parties communicating and collaborating effectively.
• Support the team in coordinating and organizing assets, materials, and documentation related to digital media campaigns.
• Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile data for analysis, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Present recommendations to Sr. Trading Consultant and/or clients.

Trading Solutions Analyst

Account Manager

• Support Associate and Senior Directors in managing overall client relationships while serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Monitor the day-to-day progress of client initiatives and provide quality assurance on all deliverables.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, growth, and product adoption through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain a deep working knowledge of each client’s business, including products, services, strategy, objectives, needs, and challenges; document and share this knowledge with internal teams.

Global Account Coordinator

Administrative Assistant

• Own complex calendar management for senior leaders, including internal leadership meetings, external client meetings, and priority management across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Prepare meeting agendas using standard templates, gather inputs in advance, and ensure meetings are structured, efficient, and outcome-driven.
• Attend key leadership and strategic meetings to capture accurate notes, document decisions, and assign and track action items to completion.
• Partner closely with senior leadership, program management, and sales leaders to ensure workstreams are organized, aligned, and moving forward.
