About the role
- Design fiber routes to customer premises utilizing 3GIS Fiber Management Tool using GoNetspeed standards.
- Create job packages for construction using 3GIS.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments and contractors, such as pole permits contractors and fiber construction.
- Assist in updating areas of service availability and work closely with the customer service team to validate address checks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Experience with splicing procedures.
- Must possess knowledge of outside plant construction.
- Proven planning and organization skills in a dynamic and high growth work environment.
