Marketing

• Du verantwortest die GoMedicus-Websites (Hauptmarke und Sub-Brands) technisch und inhaltlich: Struktur, SEO, Geschwindigkeit, Conversion-Flows.
• Du pflegst und entwickelst den MarTech-Stack: CMS, Analytics, Tag Management, Marketing Automation, CRM-Schnittstellen.
• Du baust organische Sichtbarkeit systematisch auf: Local SEO pro Praxisstandort, Themen-SEO für Versorgungsangebote, technisches SEO.
• Du steuerst Paid-Kampagnen wo sinnvoll: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Du baust das Marketing-Reporting auf: klare KPIs (Patientenakquise pro Standort, Kosten pro Termin, Zuweiser-Conversion, Arbeitgeber-Bewerbungen), monatliche Reviews mit CGO.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Brand zusammen. Brand Guidelines sind für dich verbindlich, Performance-Execution liegt bei dir.

Communications

• You are responsible for the brand architecture of the GoMedicus Group: GoMedicus (primary care), GoMedicus Kids (pediatric care line) and MedKitDoc (telemedicine).
• You define master-brand logic, sub-brand relationships, and clear positioning for each brand.
• You set tone of voice, visual identity, and enforceable brand guidelines across all channels and sub-brands.
• You own patient experience design: how a clinic feels, how we communicate, and how patients and referrers remember GoMedicus.
• You are responsible for the employer brand strategy in close coordination with the People Office and manage the Brand & Engagement Manager who handles execution.
• You tell the GoMedicus story internally and externally: from clinics, teams and the network.
• You ensure that the careers page, LinkedIn, Kununu and PR tell a coherent story.
• You manage PR and external communications strategically and build internal or external PR capacity mid-term.
• You position the leadership team where it benefits the company: trade media, conferences, policy debates.
• You work closely with the Marketing Manager (Tech/Performance), who reports to the CGO.
