About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Private medical care for children and adolescents: routine pediatric care, preventive check-ups, vaccinations, acute care, and parental counseling.
  • Work exclusively in the private sector: no statutory health insurance seat (KV), no risk of recourse, no budget constraints.
  • You decide on treatment depth and appointment length: 30 minutes per patient is our standard.
  • Conduct approximately 4 hours per week of telemedicine consultations — privately billed and well remunerated.
  • Work with our proprietary digital stack for low-threshold, legally secure, and simple-to-document consultations.
  • Option to provide additional remote consultations once the patient base is established.
  • Start at ~20 hours/week with growth tied to patient demand; increase in hours possible at any time.
  • Practice in a modern, newly built environment (opening 08/2026, 600 m² Kronprinzenbau).
  • A team that supports you: medical assistants (MFA), practice management, and care operations — allowing you to focus on medicine.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Specialist in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (German license to practice — Approbation, full recognition of specialist qualification)
  • Empathy, calm demeanor, and a genuine interest in young patients and their families
  • Strong IT affinity — you quickly learn and enjoy using new digital tools (telemedicine, practice management systems, AI tools)
  • Independent working style and enthusiasm for contributing to a newly established practice
  • Fluent German — English is an advantage
  • Professional experience is welcome but not required — recent specialists who have just completed board certification are warmly encouraged to apply.
