About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and configuration of the Zoho CRM platform
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data within the system
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams on Zoho CRM functionalities and updates
- Tailor the CRM system, create user-defined fields, forms, and templates to meet organizational needs
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights for business decisions
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to understand their needs and optimize the Zoho CRM for their use
- Set up and manage user roles and permissions to safeguard customer data
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare operations (ABA experience preferred)
- Proficient with Zoho CRM (3+ years)
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite required
