About the role

  • The Director of Treasury is responsible for leading all treasury & cash management functions.
  • Direct oversight of AP and AR for all locations nationwide.
  • Provide integral support to the CFO, Sales leaders, Operations leaders, and CEO.
  • Oversee daily cash reporting, consolidation, & distribution to management.
  • Manage monthly budget vs actuals cash reporting and variance analytics.
  • Work with AR & AP teams on appropriate forecasting of receivables and disbursements weekly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve and automate financial systems.
  • Manage and maintain the Capital Expenditures & Capital Lease tracking across locations.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to manage credit-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.
  • CPA/MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of related experience.
  • ERP system experience, with NAV experience preferred.
  • Strong partnership skills and proven financial support of various functions throughout the company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization.
  • MS Office and other applicable financial software applications; Workday Adaptive a plus.
  • Individual should be a power user in excel and have strong experience with pivot tables, matches, and other key formulas.
  • Significant experience with three statement models and iterative reference is preferred.
