About the role
- Provide quality and efficient customer service to customers through daily management of a team
- Motivate, recognize, reward, coach, counsel, train, and problem solve with team members
- Work with the supervisor to ensure success of CX initiative and service rate
- Handle high priority accounts, product recalls and physical inventory
- Give constant direction to team members on customer inquiries
- Manage customer complaints and new program testing
- Attend food shows, markets, and host customer tours and training
- Lead team meetings and communicate effectively for meeting objectives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of Customer Experience procedures and principles
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
- Ability to coach and mentor customer experience representatives.
