Manage the relationship with the company's four strategic partners, acting as the main point of contact at all levels (strategic, commercial, operational and customer experience);
Monitor and support the execution of SPA, Interline, Codeshare and FFP agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and maximizing financial and operational results;
Identify opportunities to expand scope and create new commercial, operational or product synergies between the parties;
Develop, update and present periodic partnership performance reports (commercial, operational and customer experience KPIs);
Analyze financial and operational results, proposing corrective actions or improvement opportunities;
Prepare executive materials and presentations for internal committees and governance meetings with partner airlines;
Ensure operational alignment between internal areas (commercial, network planning, airports, customer experience, IT, revenue management, etc.) and partner company teams;
Track customer experience indicators on joint flights and connections, proposing process improvements and system and team integration;
Monitor execution of action plans arising from governance meetings, audits or significant operational incidents;
Support negotiations of new agreements and contract renewals, preparing commercial and financial feasibility analyses;
Conduct benchmarking and market studies on trends in alliances, bilateral agreements and cooperation models;
Draft contract clauses and proposed adjustments in conjunction with Legal, Finance and Commercial teams;
Actively participate in governance meetings with partner companies, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of action plans;
Ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external communications related to the partnerships;
Support leadership in defining strategies and key indicators for the alliances portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Tourism or other related fields (degree certificate or graduation diploma);
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Experience with PSS/GDS systems;
Advanced English;
Spanish proficiency desirable;
Willingness to travel.
