Develop and monitor demand, purchasing and inventory planning, ensuring alignment with company targets, supply performance, inventory balancing, and objective coverage levels.
Collect, analyze and interpret performance data, producing efficiency, cost and lead-time indicators, and proposing continuous improvements.
Identify bottlenecks, propose innovative solutions and implement improvements in supply chain processes.
Evaluate and identify suppliers that contribute to stockouts, with the goal of monitoring service levels (Fill Rate, In Full, OTIF).
Lead or participate in strategic projects for digital and cultural transformation, automation and innovation in the supply chain.
Collaborate with areas such as distribution centers, commercial/sales, store operations, finance and technology to ensure alignment and execution of actions.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or specializations in Supply Chain, Logistics or Project Management will be a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, advanced Access and data analysis tools (Power BI, Power Query and MicroStrategy).
