Ensure strategic management of the energy balance for the Company’s centralized generation portfolio through continuous monitoring of plant performance (consolidating figures and analyzing data from multiple areas)
Structuring critical data
Analysis of operational constraints and integration with key areas such as Operations and Regulatory
Responsible for managing and maintaining the energy balance of the centralized generation portfolio
Perform daily monitoring of centralized generation plants’ output and present this performance
Responsible for the consolidation, availability and structuring of Energy Planning area data
Responsible for understanding and discussing classifications of operational constraints experienced by the Company’s plants
Direct interface with plant Operations teams and Regulatory
Simulations and impact analyses of market trading rules and regulatory changes.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in the area
Degree in Engineering / Statistics / Economics / Business Administration
Intermediate English for reading and analyzing technical documents
Broad knowledge of the electricity sector, especially generation (experience with self-generation is desirable), familiarity with CCEE platforms (SCDE, DRI, etc.), experience structuring and analyzing data, strong analytical skills, programming, advanced Microsoft Office, Power BI or similar, statistics
Autonomy, ownership, assertive communication and political acumen (ability to relate to stakeholders at different organizational levels)
