Program Planning & Design: Assist in conceptualizing program objectives, defining scope, and ensuring designs meet technical requirements, team needs and company standards.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of engineering principles and hands-on knowledge of evolving technical programs.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, and Clickup.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership & Teamwork: Strong leadership skills to delegate tasks, coordinate teams, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to address complex technical challenges and make sound, dependable recommendations.
