About the role
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms.
- Build Intelligent Software using Large Language Models (AI Agents).
- Design and refine ML models to enhance their performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Assess, design and curate comprehensive evaluations for open-ended GenerativeAI problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions within broader product and platform initiatives.
- Drive the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge ML technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the industry.
- Work with highly skilled engineers to build comprehensive solutions for customer experience, personalization, and solve technical problems in model evaluation and simulation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of overall experience in machine learning related roles
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, engineering, statistics, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, tools, and techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing
- Familiarity with AI assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code or VS Code
- Proficient in Python programming language with familiarity with software engineering best practices, such as version control, code review, CI/CD
- Proficiency with prompt engineering and large language models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience building conversational systems (nice-to-have)
- Experience in designing comprehensive evaluations and verification methods (nice-to-have)
- Proficiency in Typescript is a plus
