About the role
- Design, adapt and deliver corporate training (in-person and/or virtual) aligned with clients' strategic, operational and human priorities.
- Actively contribute to the development and rollout of the learning and training strategy for clients and the internal organization, in line with the business strategy.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze skills development needs, identify gaps and propose customized learning pathways.
- Develop engaging educational content (workshops, training programs, tools, guides, experiential activities) that promote active learning and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training (satisfaction, transfer of learning, organizational outcomes) and recommend adjustments to maximize results.
- Conduct organizational and HR diagnostics (structure, management practices, climate, competencies, processes) and provide recommendations tailored to clients' challenges.
- Develop and implement HR action plans aligned with strategic objectives and organizational culture.
- Carry out HR mandates of a generalist or specialist nature, depending on the service offering and identified needs (performance management, manager development, HR practices, etc.).
- Provide comprehensive and ongoing HR support to managers, executives and employees: coaching, advice, and decision-making and operational support.
- Recommend, develop, implement or optimize HR processes, policies and tools that foster sound, consistent and high-performing people management.
- Design and deploy practical solutions to resolve problematic or complex situations, taking into account human, legal and organizational dimensions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources or another relevant program.
- 7–10+ years of experience in human resources.
- Significant experience in training and skills development.
- Comfortable communicating in front of groups composed of employees, managers, executives and business owners.
- Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated analytical skills.
- Autonomous, with a sense of responsibility, initiative and rigor.
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- CRHA or CRIA designation (asset).
- Certified trainer qualification (asset).
- Experience in a consulting/service model or working with multiple clients (asset).
- Possess a vehicle and a valid driver's license and be available to travel between regions.
