  • Executing team planning activities that balance capacity, skills, utilization, and professional development.
  • Auditing and maintaining accuracy across resourcing plans, PSA tools, reporting, and Salesforce, including documentation gaps, data needs, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Identifying resourcing risks and constraints early, and proposing thoughtful solutions and trade-offs.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on capacity trends, pipeline changes, and delivery needs.

  • Supporting forecasting, scenario planning, and prioritization efforts led by the Team Planning Manager.

  • Comfortable executing today's processes while informing tomorrow's. You’re willing to take ownership of executing established planning process *and* contributing to designing the broader team planning function.
  • Strategic mindset that considers long-term professional development and optimal staffing—not just speed to start.
  • Strong point of view on resource management grounded in prior experience—able to make trade-offs in complex environments, distinguish what drives success from what creates unnecessary overhead, and recommend practices that fit the business need rather than process for process' sake.
  • Proven ability to audit, validate, and improve data quality across resourcing tools and reporting systems.
  • Excellent, proactive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with PSA tools (e.g., Kantata) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with comfort adapting as our systems and tooling evolve.
