• You are responsible for the cost side of the P&L, from OPEX and personnel costs to fixed-cost developments, making cost drivers visible and manageable.
• You prepare budget, forecast and plan-vs-actual comparisons and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You own the forecast and budget process from planning through coordination with the business units to final consolidation.
• You prepare management reports that are clear, understandable and decision-relevant.
• You actively drive the fast close and ensure that figures are available more quickly.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• As Operations Finance Manager (all genders), you will build a modern controlling function for our supply chain and act as a business partner to the Operations Management team.
• You take responsibility for inventory valuation and continuously develop inventory controlling.
• You create transparency around stock levels, goods movements and their financial impact.
• You analyze key supply chain and operations KPIs such as inventory, COGS, logistics costs and forecast accuracy.
• You act as a business partner for Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement, bringing financial perspective to operational decisions.
• You support budgeting, forecasts and operational financial planning.
• You build dashboards, reporting structures and KPIs and continuously improve them.

Supply Chain

• You create the monthly 12‑month rolling forecast based on market data, promotions and historical patterns.
• You take ownership of the Demand Review and prepare all relevant documentation in a structured way.
• You coordinate regularly with the Commercial team to incorporate campaign and forecast inputs.
• You implement our demand planning tool and actively contribute to building and improving the system logic.

• Monitor behavior in production and improve solutions over time.

• You build structured contribution-margin analyses and continuously enhance them.
• You analyze profitability by channel (D2C, Amazon, Retail), country and product, making differences visible and actionable.
