Key Account Manager – Speciality Channels

• Channel Development: You build and develop our specialty channels in France: pharmacies, travel retail, online retail and concept stores.
• Account Management: You manage existing partners and win new customers through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
• Promotions & Trade Marketing: You plan promotional activities, secondary placements and point-of-sale materials in close collaboration with the marketing team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce to ensure smooth execution.

Key Account Manager – France

Marketing

• You develop a consistent campaign strategy based on our business goals, translate it into a clearly prioritized marketing calendar, and ensure that all initiatives are consistently focused on revenue growth — with a particular focus on our CRM channels: Email, WhatsApp and SMS.
• You plan and manage commercial campaigns and events end-to-end, ensure early alignment between all involved teams, and make sure that key initiatives receive the necessary priority across the company.
• You define clear objectives, KPIs and budgets for each campaign, take operational control across all participating functions, and ensure clear assignment of tasks and responsibilities.
• You identify risks early and proactively develop countermeasures to minimize challenges arising from market changes, internal dependencies, or operational hurdles.
• You evaluate campaign results against defined KPIs, conduct structured post-mortem analyses, and develop best practices and playbooks for recurring campaign formats and seasonal sales events.
• You continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities and use these insights to identify new growth opportunities and further develop our strategy.
• You produce robust performance analyses, derive concrete recommendations for action, and communicate them clearly and understandably to relevant stakeholders.

Senior Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager

Ecommerce

• You support the implementation of marketing, brand, and campaign initiatives in the Glow25 shop
• You maintain and update onsite content, landing pages, product placements, and campaign assets
• You coordinate with internal stakeholders such as CRM, Design, Content, and Shop Management
• You are responsible for quality assurance in the online shop
• You support reporting and analysis and prepare relevant KPIs.

Video Editor

• You create engaging video content for our digital platforms and performance campaigns, including editing, text and sound design.
• You edit footage provided by our content partners and UGC creators.
• You develop creative and informative teasers with compelling headlines, descriptions and visual elements.
• You actively participate in topic research and idea generation.
• You support the conception and planning of new video formats.
• You share responsibility for content management — from reviewing and archiving to preparing and uploading content.
• You shoot independently and have experience with modern video techniques — this work is project-based and not part of your daily routine.

Product Manager

• You manage the entire product management process with efficiency and foresight, ensuring all relevant product information is readily available at all times, and drive new products from initial concept to successful global launch.
• You analyze market, trend and consumer data and derive strategic recommendations for our product portfolio.
• You are responsible for KPI and data analysis and use the insights gained to make well-founded product management decisions.
• You take ownership of the commercial concept, planning, implementation and launch of new and existing products at a global level.
• You manage a structured product development process and ensure all stakeholders are aligned at all times.

Controller

• You prepare and produce regular management reports, ensuring that relevant information is presented clearly and understandably.
• You consolidate and prepare data from multiple sources to enable sound analyses and meaningful reporting.
• You actively support our Senior Controllers in forecasting, planning and FP&A processes.

• Partner with Product and Marketing: Work closely with Product Managers and Marketers to define success metrics, evaluate experiments, and generate actionable insights.
• Build and Maintain the Funnel: Own a sophisticated conversion funnel setup that connects user behavior across platforms and channels.
• Campaign Analysis: Help the Marketing team understand campaign performance, user acquisition quality, and channel effectiveness.
• Tracking & Instrumentation: Contribute to event tracking design, including server-side tracking, to ensure reliable and privacy-compliant data collection.
• Data Modeling & Engineering: Use SQL and dbt to model clean, usable datasets that power dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.

Senior Conversion & Product Analyst

Operations

• To reduce the operational workload of our inside sales team and to make the interfaces with Marketing and E‑Commerce more efficient, we are creating the new role of Sales Support & B2B Operations Specialist.
• This position will help stabilize our day‑to‑day sales operations, structure processes more clearly and further develop our digital sales infrastructure — in particular the B2B shop.
• You will serve as an important bridge between Inside Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing and E‑Commerce.
• You will handle operational tasks such as order processing, returns handling, complaints and shipment coordination — ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• You will support our Shopify‑based B2B shop, maintain product data, respond to customer inquiries and implement minor campaigns — always with an eye for usability and scalability.
• You will create and maintain sales enablement materials such as presentations, product sheets and campaign documents — in close coordination with the Marketing team.
• You will ensure the structured capture and maintenance of customer, product and supplier data, providing a clean data foundation for our CRM and ERP systems.
• You will work closely with Inside Sales, Key Account Management and Sales Leadership — and actively contribute to our internal tools and processes (e.g., Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).
