Product Designer

• Collaborate closely with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to drive cohesive, user-centered solutions.
• Guide and support a small team of Product Designers; work alongside the UX Director to shape and elevate strategy for the Customer App.
• Connect insights across projects to ensure design excellence and cohesion; proactively tackle challenges and lead impactful design initiatives.
• Act as a hands-on leader participating in project execution, leading strategic projects end-to-end and providing mentorship to reports for performance and career advancement.
• Manage stakeholders, business priorities, projects, and help reports prioritize work; identify capacity gaps and raise headcount needs.
• Foster cross-discipline collaboration and advocate for end users in product discussions, reviews, and critiques.
• Encourage an ego-free collaborative environment and ensure adoption of the Design System.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
• Develop a deep understanding of talent markets to source the best candidates
• Establish expertise in finding top talent for the Ukrainian market leveraging local knowledge and networks
• Tailor sourcing strategies using local networks, job boards, and other resources
• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements for respective regions
• Coach hiring managers on recruiting topics such as time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion
• Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies to find top talent
• Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate recruiting pipeline and results
• Support employer branding activities through networking events and e-meetups

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Ukrainian Speaker

Analyst

• Maintain stewardship for financial assets and debt, including overall leadership of cash management and investment management functions.
• Direct development and revision of financial policies for working capital, treasury operations, foreign exchange, and interest rate risk management, collaborating with Delivery Hero’s Group Risk Manager.
• Supervise maintenance of internal controls to safeguard corporate assets and system integrity.
• Monitor and manage daily cash operations to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations and growth.
• Understand regulatory reform impacts and help ensure company response readiness.
• Support implementation of a Treasury Management System (e.g., KYRIBA).
• Leverage automation and data analytics to improve efficiency in treasury workflows.
• Coordinate banking relationships and prepare potential RFPs.
• Manage regional cash flow forecast planning, analysis, and reconciliation.
• Support and advise overseas business units on Treasury and banking issues.
• Collaborate closely with Finance divisions including Tax, Accounting, Controlling, Operations, and Legal.
