About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
  • Develop a deep understanding of talent markets to source the best candidates
  • Establish expertise in finding top talent for the Ukrainian market leveraging local knowledge and networks
  • Tailor sourcing strategies using local networks, job boards, and other resources
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements for respective regions
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting topics such as time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion
  • Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies to find top talent
  • Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate recruiting pipeline and results
  • Support employer branding activities through networking events and e-meetups
  • Manage a pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities

Requirements

  • Ideally of 5 years of experience recruiting different profiles in a fast-paced environment (ideally experience in a scale-up or tech companies)
  • Knowledge of the UA talent market
  • History of collaborating successfully with senior hiring managers and business leaders
  • Experience working on a variety of roles/levels at an international level
  • Solid understanding of Glovo’s vision, business model and operations
  • Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen
  • Metrics oriented; value backing up recruiting strategy and goals with data
  • Ability to influence different types of decision makers and advise senior leaders
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian
