About the role
- Lead a major transformation programme that will redefine how we support residents across Gloucestershire
- Ensure technology is seamlessly embedded into care planning, prevention pathways, and everyday practice
- Oversee a portfolio of projects
- Develop robust business cases and plans
- Ensure approach is strategic, customer-centred, and aligned with GCC objectives
