About the role

  • Provide administration support for the Navigation Hub pilot
  • Support colleagues regarding tracking outcomes for CYP and wider service improvement
  • Work jointly across GCC and Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to support the effective delivery of the Navigation Hub
  • Experience of working collaboratively to facilitate effective multi-agency meetings
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of recording
  • Ability to manage own workload and deal with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Good understanding of Education, Early Help, Health and wider partnership organisations available to children and young people of Gloucestershire
