About the role
- support HR/OD Advisers and managers to develop and implement proactive HR solutions
- make and present evidence-based decisions for people solutions
- carry out research to support recommendations
- provide advice and guidance to managers on people related issues, in line with policies and employment law
- maintain and develop people policies
- gain experience of all areas of People Services
- study towards the People Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship
