About the role

  • Help shape the future of Connect to Work, a program supporting meaningful employment.
  • Engage organisations and employers to drive referrals and secure sustainable employment.
  • Manage the Partnerships and Employer Engagement teams to support 2,900 people.
  • Lead specialist teams in building relationships with partners and employers.
  • Oversee the Employer Engagement team to source job opportunities and promote inclusive practices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of managing at a senior level, including performance management.
  • Experience working within a diverse team or with people who have disabilities, health conditions or other barriers to employment.
  • Passion to influence change.
  • Confident and skilled in building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including employers and community‑based organisations.
  • Ability to interpret guidance to develop systems and processes.
  • Ability to analyze data.
