About the role
- Provide a high quality of service delivery across a diverse range of services for Gloucestershire County Council
- Respond to queries through several channels including Shire Hall reception services, phone, email and web-based enquiries.
- Ensure that queries are answered effectively, efficiently and in line with the Council’s policies and procedures

- Excellent communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Self-motivated and pragmatic
- Ability to take ownership of enquiries to resolution
- Ability to follow work instructions
