About the role

  • Provide a high quality of service delivery across a diverse range of services for Gloucestershire County Council
  • Respond to queries through several channels including Shire Hall reception services, phone, email and web-based enquiries.
  • Ensure that queries are answered effectively, efficiently and in line with the Council’s policies and procedures
