About the role
- Support administration team providing comprehensive administrative service in Cotswolds Adult Social Care Team
- Produce documents including letters and reports using IT and Microsoft packages
- Accurately input and monitor records and data onto relevant systems
- Deal with queries from members of the public and internal colleagues by telephone, email, and in person, providing high level of customer service
- Facilitate meetings such as room bookings, sending invites and producing agendas
- Work towards obtaining Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration
Requirements
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Evidence of successfully working in a team
- Ability to use IT systems, beneficial experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional telephone manner
