About the role

  • Support administration team providing comprehensive administrative service in Cotswolds Adult Social Care Team
  • Produce documents including letters and reports using IT and Microsoft packages
  • Accurately input and monitor records and data onto relevant systems
  • Deal with queries from members of the public and internal colleagues by telephone, email, and in person, providing high level of customer service
  • Facilitate meetings such as room bookings, sending invites and producing agendas
  • Work towards obtaining Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration

Requirements

  • Motivated and enthusiastic
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Evidence of successfully working in a team
  • Ability to use IT systems, beneficial experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional telephone manner
