About the role
- Field support for direct installations in the specified region
- Perform machine installations in assigned regions
- Train end users in banks and financial institutions on machine functionalities
- Manage SLAs and ensure service requests are closed in time
- Resolve technical issues of installed units and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
- Manage MIS and service reports
- Report to State Service Incharge and coordinate with field service team
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Freshers)
- Up to 2 years experience in the industry
- Preferably from Banking Automation Background (Currency Processing Machines)
- Ability to resolve technical issues
- Client interfacing
- Self motivated and responsible, with keen attention to detail
- Reasonable written and oral skills
