About the role
- This junior role supports our Sales Support Team in the sales cycle.
- Involved in the whole order processing cycle: from quoting/order placing to invoicing, from a transactional point of view.
- Manage all order entry activities for global operations including customer order management and system input; obtaining approvals for order placement, stock, price, and credit release; order inquiries and follow-up; customer contact; advance payment lines.
- Maintaining Customer directories.
- Responsible for order date management.
- Ensure compliance with JSOX for the sales admin processes.
- Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
- Frequent interaction with the Commercial Manager and Operations Team to agree on stock allocation and customer orders.
- Any other tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the whole department.
Requirements
- General Level of good education including Maths and English
- Computer Literacy: email management
- Willingness and ability to develop and maintain relevant product & software knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and numeric skills
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Advantageous but not necessary: Computer Literacy Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
