This junior role supports our Sales Support Team in the sales cycle.
Involved in the whole order processing cycle: from quoting/order placing to invoicing, from a transactional point of view.
Manage all order entry activities for global operations including customer order management and system input; obtaining approvals for order placement, stock, price, and credit release; order inquiries and follow-up; customer contact; advance payment lines.
Maintaining Customer directories.
Responsible for order date management.
Ensure compliance with JSOX for the sales admin processes.
Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
Frequent interaction with the Commercial Manager and Operations Team to agree on stock allocation and customer orders.
Any other tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the whole department.
Requirements
General Level of good education including Maths and English
Computer Literacy: email management
Willingness and ability to develop and maintain relevant product & software knowledge.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and numeric skills
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Advantageous but not necessary: Computer Literacy Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
