About the role
- Develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing.
- Leverage Design Technology Co-optimization principles to develop process flows for new technologies and critical constructs.
- Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed.
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection.
- Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Responsible to freeze developed processes in preparation for manufacturing.
- Provides technical leadership to members of organization.
- Drives Technical collaboration and leadership to broader team across organizational boundaries from Design Enablement to Module Engineering to Yield & Reliability Engineering.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
- Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.
Requirements
- >10 years in Semiconductor Industry in relevant role
- Years in Tech Dev Integration Role >10 years in Semiconductor Industry in relevant role
- Fundamental knowledge in one specialized discipline (preferred)
- Requires a technical (University) degree. (Exceptions approved by local HR). BS + 18 years of experience or MS + 15 years PhD + 10 years
