About the role

  • Implementing and managing a formal project management framework for R&D
  • Acting as the main liaison to Finance and Product Management for planning and coordination
  • Using a work breakdown structure to define clear ownership and responsibilities
  • Establishing change management procedures for documenting and escalating changes
  • Setting and tracking objectives and key results (OKRs) for project predictability
  • Monitoring progress through measurable milestones and timelines
  • Clarifying roles and responsibilities to enhance accountability and efficiency
  • Running PMA (Portfolio Management and Approval)
  • Driving PMA process/program launch
  • Implementing program management practices to ensure delivery of key programs
  • Leading and integrating teams of project managers and subject matter experts to drive program success
  • Overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of critical programs, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives
  • Tracking program performance, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact program success
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Promoting a culture of standardization, continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or another relevant technical field or MBA
  • Relevant, multi-year professional experience
  • Extensive experience in program and project management in the semiconductor industry
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English - written & verbal (C1)
