About the role
- Lead cross‑functional workstreams supporting GF’s Value‑Added Partnership ecosystem, driving alignment across Sales, Finance, Product Line, Operations, and IT.
- Act as the single point of coordination for partnership performance discussions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and follow‑through.
- Influence decision‑making by framing complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Own partnership performance analytics, including revenue contribution, margin impact, design‑ins, forecast accuracy, and funnel health.
- Lead ROI and profitability assessments for partnership programs to inform investment, pricing, and incentive decisions.
- Define and standardize commercial operating rhythms, including dashboards, reporting cadences, and QBR materials.
- Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes, identifying opportunities to automate reporting and improve data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or adjacent high‑tech manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives or programs without direct authority.
- Strong analytical background with experience using Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI (Python a plus).
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor value chain, foundry business models, and partner ecosystems.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior, non‑technical audiences.
