About the role
- Own a portfolio of critical customer programs from post-design win through production ramp and sustained revenue.
- Define and manage end-to-end ramp plans.
- Track progress against ramp KPIs (schedule, yield, volume, revenue).
- Lead cross-functional ramp reviews and execution forums.
- Ensure committed DWINs convert into actual shipped revenue.
- Act as a trusted operational interface with key customers during ramp phases.
- Identify systemic ramp issues and drive improvements in processes, tools, and handoffs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, operations, or customer-facing execution roles
- Proven experience managing complex customer ramps in a hardware, semiconductor, systems, or platform environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills without direct authority
- Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity while driving clarity and execution
- Excellent communication skills—able to synthesize details into executive-level insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
