About the role

  • Own a portfolio of critical customer programs from post-design win through production ramp and sustained revenue.
  • Define and manage end-to-end ramp plans.
  • Track progress against ramp KPIs (schedule, yield, volume, revenue).
  • Lead cross-functional ramp reviews and execution forums.
  • Ensure committed DWINs convert into actual shipped revenue.
  • Act as a trusted operational interface with key customers during ramp phases.
  • Identify systemic ramp issues and drive improvements in processes, tools, and handoffs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, operations, or customer-facing execution roles
  • Proven experience managing complex customer ramps in a hardware, semiconductor, systems, or platform environment
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills without direct authority
  • Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity while driving clarity and execution
  • Excellent communication skills—able to synthesize details into executive-level insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
