Support Engineer

• Maintain high availability of network resources, computer workstations, and a safe, welcoming campus environment.
• Provide direct Tier 1 support for hardware and software.
• Manage the Help Desk ticketing environment.
• Coordinate daily facility operations, including routine maintenance, space planning, and vendor oversight.
• Frontline customer support focused on resolving technical issues.
• Configure and maintain campus computing infrastructure.
• Diagnose and repair problems efficiently.

• Install all software on campus computers and ensure software licenses are valid.

• Promote campus programs, events, and student services through in-person outreach and digital tools.
• Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for current and prospective students.
• Share general campus information, resources, and opportunities to help students navigate their graduate journey.
• Assist with the planning and execution of campus events, including open houses, residencies, webinars, and student workshops.
• Support event logistics before, during, and after programs (set-up, check-in, engagement activities, and clean-up).
• Help create a welcoming and engaging environment for all attendees.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to develop materials, social media content, and event visuals.
• Build relationships with fellow students to understand their experiences and needs.
• Share student feedback, ideas, and trends with campus leadership to support continuous improvement.
• Represent Avila University Arizona at select community events and networking opportunities in the West Valley.
• Participate in partnerships with local organizations and nonprofits to expand student opportunities.

Project Manager

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects (refurbishments, new builds, specialist spaces), with full oversight of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire, BMS, data and energy solutions).
• Manage design coordination, commissioning, and handover, ensuring compliance, quality, sustainability, and operational readiness.
• Support property acquisitions, undertaking technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, and advising on building services and risk.
• Oversee procurement and contract management, including tendering, supplier selection, and delivery against JCT/NEC frameworks.
• Act as a key stakeholder interface, providing programme reporting, financial tracking, and risk management while ensuring alignment to strategic and operational objectives.
• Drive compliance, safety, and sustainability best practice, maintaining robust documentation and asset data throughout the project lifecycle.
