About the role
- This is a remote position: highly skilled Web Developer to bring client websites to life.
- Solve complex client website issues with advanced problem-solving skills.
- Work collaboratively with the team to understand client goals and translate them into digital solutions.
- Create functional, creative, and user-friendly webpages using front- and back-end technologies.
- Convey client messaging clearly to end users through effective design and development.
- Review code for accuracy, performance, and functionality.
- Develop and maintain websites across multiple platforms (Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico).
- Debug and integrate back-end data and custom solutions.
- Collaborate with Design and UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build server-side logic and databases for functionality and performance.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to development best practices.
- Self-manage workload and thrive in an agile workflow.
- Assist with project scoping when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in front-end and back-end web development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience with Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico.
- Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, marketing automation, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong debugging and integration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Up-to-date with industry standards, emerging trends, and development best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management and ability to deliver under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English.
