About the role
- Generates revenue through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within a geographic area or market.
- Collects information to understand business issues, problems, and opportunities and to identify sales prospects.
- Prepares quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for use in pricing and sales presentations.
- Ensures sales plans and key account strategies are implemented and sales/financial goals are obtained.
- Sells Global Payments Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects, including referrals from strategic partners.
- Accountable for the complex sales process: qualification, prioritization of opportunities, creation of preference with prospects, negotiation of favorable contracts, closure of sales, and strategic alignment with referral partners.
- Reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development; outlines, explains, and executes a repeatable sales process.
- Works with C-level executives and positions solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements
- 100% remote role
- Enterprise sales experience in Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
- Relevant experience selling to C-level executives in fintech industries (restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, professional employment organizations)
- Track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals/quotas
- Proven direct selling success
- Expert negotiation skills
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation and marketing skills
- Highly skilled in preparing written and oral presentations
- Relevant experience or degree in: Typical fields include Communication, English, IT, or Engineering; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree
- Typically Minimum 8+ Years Relevant Exp
- Experience in industry

- Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training is preferred
