About the role

  • Develop and execute marketing programs to grow revenue through existing partnerships across the higher education vertical.
  • Work with the campaign and product marketing teams to create scalable enablement content, toolkits, and campaigns to support partner success.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and enablement to ensure consistent partner messaging and materials.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to support partner recruitment strategies.
  • Work with the Product marketing team to develop go-to-market launch plans for new partner relationships.
  • Design marketing campaigns to drive awareness and interest among prospective industry partners.
  • Build quarterly plans with measurable KPIs tied to partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.
  • Work with marketing attribution team to track and report on campaign and channel effectiveness; optimize based on insights.
  • Manage partner marketing calendars, budget allocation, and co-marketing opportunities with key partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in partner or higher education marketing preferable
  • Proven success designing and executing partner campaigns and content that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Strong project management - ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong writing/editing skills and a good eye for compelling content
  • Communication skills - Including communication with internal or external audiences
  • Comfortable with complexity - ability to digest complex product integrations and navigate complex internal and external teams.
