About the role
- Lead and inspire a team of top-performing sales professionals
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions
- Oversee the performance of your regional sales team
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support
- Develop strategies to close more strategic sales opportunities
- Monitor team activity and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license
- Must have experience leading an outside sales team
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
- High school diploma/GED
- At least four years of relevant experience leading an outside sales team
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
