About the role

  • own, manage and develop the Global Payments Customer Experience strategy
  • assist with developing and implementing an enterprise-wide Customer Experience strategy
  • understand and monitor industry trends
  • support the design and execution of core Customer Experience behaviors
  • create ongoing communications regarding Customer Experience Strategy
  • provide support to the lines of business regarding customer experience concepts
  • assist with alignment sessions with our customers
  • participate in management of customer insights
  • assist in cross-business best practice sharing
  • administer recognition programs
  • collect data and produce metrics for Customer Experience program
  • execute continuous improvement process for customer feedback
  • recommend process improvements regarding Customer Experience program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Typically Minimum 6 Years Relevant Exp
  • Experience with customer journey mapping
