About the role
- own, manage and develop the Global Payments Customer Experience strategy
- assist with developing and implementing an enterprise-wide Customer Experience strategy
- understand and monitor industry trends
- support the design and execution of core Customer Experience behaviors
- create ongoing communications regarding Customer Experience Strategy
- provide support to the lines of business regarding customer experience concepts
- assist with alignment sessions with our customers
- participate in management of customer insights
- assist in cross-business best practice sharing
- administer recognition programs
- collect data and produce metrics for Customer Experience program
- execute continuous improvement process for customer feedback
- recommend process improvements regarding Customer Experience program
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Typically Minimum 6 Years Relevant Exp
- Experience with customer journey mapping
