About the role

  • Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain Generative AI models and workflows
  • Integrate Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
  • Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models
  • Build and optimize AI agents
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver AI solutions
  • Implement best practices for model deployment and monitoring
  • Document processes, models, and configurations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Transformer architectures)
  • Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
  • Experience with agentic AI concepts
  • Hands-on experience with GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock + Sagemaker, and Snowflake Cortex
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Experience with vector databases (eg. Pinecone, MongoDB Atlas)
