About the role
- Proactively contact your existing clients to introduce new products and services with the goal of increasing their share of revenue.
- Provide accurate and timely technical information, guidance, and support regarding the organization's products and services.
- Understand their technical questions, assess their needs, and suggest or promote solutions.
- Conduct research and develop proposals for new solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Use databases or other computerized systems to keep documentation up to date.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- High school diploma and B2B experience in either sales or customer service.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the credit card industry
