Selling merchant services offerings to businesses, including pricing, customer segmentation, customer presentations, account sign-up and activation, and account management
Field sales to area businesses; some business may be conducted over the phone
Manage a portfolio of clients typically with annual net revenue of $425,000 or more
Identify revenue opportunities and prospective clients within assigned territories through face to face meetings, telephone communications, marketing programs
Conduct face to face meetings with prospects to identify contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
Ensure suspect identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels
Respond to customer requests for information and give online presentations
Identify and close additional product and/or service sales with existing clients
Manage client relationships and expectations during the sales cycle
Coach and mentor less experienced sales reps to build/improve knowledge of product/service portfolio
Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce)
Prepare timely reports and keep management informed
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product/service portfolio and payments industry

Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience
Cold calling sales experience
Demonstrated successful performance in previous sales job
