Financial Planning and Analysis

• Maintain and update internal and external financial reports and provide monthly and quarterly financial analyses to company leadership
• Modify, as necessary, the corporate five-year financial model and evaluate strategic scenarios and maintain and modify the daily liquidity forecast and vintage cash flow models as well as other related corporate financial models.

Financial Analyst

Outside Sales

• Act as a company ambassador to automotive dealers within the assigned market area.
• Responsible for expanding company market share by signing new dealers.
• Develop existing relationships and increase awareness and adoption of the company’s lending program(s).
• Make regular dealer visits, cold calls, and take inbound calls from dealerships to build relationships and capture business.
• Educate dealers on the company lending program(s) and how to maximize the value of the program(s) for their individual dealership.
• Maintain high-quality customer satisfaction and retention of dealers.

Dealer Outside Sales Specialist

• Act as a company ambassador to automotive dealers within the assigned market area.
• Responsible for expanding company market share by signing new dealers, developing existing relationships, and increasing awareness and adoption of the company’s lending program(s).

Business Analyst

• Work on solving important problems by deploying great critical thinking, education-based skill sets
• Take on a variety of assignments within GLS business and operational areas
• Interact with team members both within your own area and cross-functionally
• Gain solid exposure to senior management
• Daily activities will vary based on the group

Sales

• The Area Sales Manager acts as a company ambassador to automotive dealers within the assigned market area.
• It is the responsibility of this position to expand company market share by signing new dealers, developing existing relationships, and increasing awareness and adoption of the company’s lending program(s).

Area Sales Manager

• Educate dealers on all aspects of the company lending program(s) and how to maximize the value of the program(s) for their individual dealership
• Partner with other operational teams to capture quality business from existing dealers and increase utilization of the program(s)
• Build and expand the assigned territory by identifying and signing new dealerships
• Make regular dealer visits, cold calls, and take inbound calls from dealerships to build relationships and capture business
• Maintain high-quality customer satisfaction and retention of dealers
• Complete and submit documentation to track and assess established goals
• Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management
• Participate in special projects as needed
• Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management

• The Area Sales Manager acts as a company ambassador to automotive dealers within the assigned market area. It is the responsibility of this position to expand company market share by signing new dealers, developing existing relationships, and increasing awareness and adoption of the company’s lending program(s).

Human Resources

• Process bi-weekly payroll in an accurate and timely manner
• Serve as the internal administrator for the company's employee self-service and benefits enrollment systems including all tasks related to the processing of payroll and benefits management
• Proactively manage relationships with benefits, timekeeping and payroll vendors to ensure proper execution of services
• Manage processes and documentation for certain employee benefits including but not limited to short term disability claims and worker's compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
• Support benefits administration through monthly and quarterly activities including bill reconciliation, funding of HSA accounts and 401(k) enrollments
• Conduct associate and management level training on HR related processes and systems as necessary
• Process all paperwork and set-up accounts in relevant systems for all newly hired associates
• Deliver requested information and reports in a timely manner, reviewing data for accuracy and formatting for ease of use
• Maintain employment files and other required documents to ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide project management support, taking a lead role in all department projects as assigned
• Establish strong working relationships with all associates, providing top quality service and individualized support as needed

HR Administration Specialist
