About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals, values, and talent philosophy
  • Partner with CHRO, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership for governance, fiscal discipline, and compliance
  • Establish frameworks for pay equity, transparency, and meritocracy
  • Lead design, implementation, and administration of base pay, incentive programs, and equity plans
  • Oversee job architecture and compensation planning cycles
  • Provide compensation consultation to HR Business Partners and leaders
  • Oversee design and administration of benefit programs
  • Drive employee engagement through benefits communication
  • Support executive compensation programs and prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings
  • Leverage data to assess program effectiveness and market trends
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Total Rewards team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and/or benefits
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of compensation structures, incentive design, benefits administration, and applicable employment laws
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to influence at the executive level and partner across functions
