About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals, values, and talent philosophy
- Partner with CHRO, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership for governance, fiscal discipline, and compliance
- Establish frameworks for pay equity, transparency, and meritocracy
- Lead design, implementation, and administration of base pay, incentive programs, and equity plans
- Oversee job architecture and compensation planning cycles
- Provide compensation consultation to HR Business Partners and leaders
- Oversee design and administration of benefit programs
- Drive employee engagement through benefits communication
- Support executive compensation programs and prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings
- Leverage data to assess program effectiveness and market trends
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Total Rewards team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and/or benefits
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of compensation structures, incentive design, benefits administration, and applicable employment laws
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence at the executive level and partner across functions
