About the role

  • Provide lead role in assisting customer service reps with training and support.
  • Second tier quotation specialist to manage quotation work load.
  • Assist Director of Sales and Operations with PCS set up product master/ procedure for new website, portal and the new catalog.
  • Manage collateral literature programs such as catalog mailings, promotions, etc.
  • Handle customer service calls in the work flow.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years managerial experience in a customer service environment.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
