About the role
- Full cycle recruiting across Product and G&A roles from intake through close
- Partnering with functional leaders/hiring managers to define success profiles and hiring plans
- Driving search strategy for specialized roles across the business
- Managing candidate experience with a high bar for clarity, speed, and conviction
- Running offer strategy and closing in partnership with hiring managers
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent tradeoffs, timing, and market realities
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally across Product and G&A functions
- Have hired individual contributors in fast growing companies
- Can translate business needs into sharp candidate narratives and targeted outreach
- Are data minded but not data blind, using metrics to inform judgment not replace it
- Operate well in ambiguity and enjoy building structure where none exists
- Care deeply about quality, not just speed
- Believe applied AI will reshape how institutions operate
