About the role

  • Consults with business leaders to diagnose current and future HR needs and develop a strategy for resolution.
  • Act as a change agent for optimizing organizational design.
  • Collaborates with COE specialists to implement HR solutions and strategy.
  • Analyze data to recommend solutions and drive continuous improvement of strategic talent priorities.
  • Consult with business leaders to identify future leadership talent and develop succession plans.
  • Responsible for ensuring business relevance of HR services offered.
  • Directly supports business/function leaders with advice and counsel.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR or a related field; professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM)
  • 5 – 7 years of professional and progressive HR experience in manufacturing environment or similar industry
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with a track record of providing strategic HR partnership with site leaders.
  • High proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PP, Word, Teams) and an ATS (SuccessFactors)
