Account Executive

• Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients in B2B SaaS, API, and infrastructure services.
• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and opportunity generation to closing complex, high-impact deals with technical and operational decision-makers.
• Prospect proactively across enterprise accounts and build your own pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Map accounts and maintain relationship maps for your territory, including existing clients and aspirational contacts.
• Lead deals through the entire buying process, coordinating stakeholders and driving momentum toward successful close.
• Negotiate business terms and pricing, selling on value and ROI to secure long-term partnerships.
• Close new business while expanding reach and depth within existing strategic accounts.
• Forecast accurately and maintain consistency and visibility for leadership.
• Run disciplined deal reviews, anticipate risks, and proactively address obstacles to protect deal progression.

Frontend Engineer

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Gladia web app: architecture, performance, DX, and delivery quality
• Design and build product- and user-driven interfaces, translating high-level product briefs into functional solutions
• Transform business and product needs into clear, efficient, and scalable web experiences
• Collaborate closely with backend and product teams
• Define and maintain strong frontend standards (testing, performance, best practices)
• Actively contribute to UX and interface decisions, with a strong product and user focus
• Occasionally handle small backend tasks when needed (full-stack friendly mindset)
