About the role
- Take end-to-end ownership of the Gladia web app: architecture, performance, DX, and delivery quality
- Design and build product- and user-driven interfaces, translating high-level product briefs into functional solutions
- Transform business and product needs into clear, efficient, and scalable web experiences
- Collaborate closely with backend and product teams
- Define and maintain strong frontend standards (testing, performance, best practices)
- Actively contribute to UX and interface decisions, with a strong product and user focus
- Occasionally handle small backend tasks when needed (full-stack friendly mindset)
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in frontend development
- Experience in a product-driven startup environment
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Solid experience with React and Next.js (routing ideally React Router framework, server-side rendering, delivery-oriented mindset)
- Knowledge of modern frontend tools: Tailwind, Vite, Playwright (or equivalent testing tools)
- Ability to design and build pages and flows autonomously, translating product intent into interfaces
- Frontend-focused or full-stack profiles welcome, as long as small backend tasks can be handled if needed
