About the role
- Build and ship frontend features in the Incidents squad to manage and close incidents
- Own delivery of features, write clean code and perform peer code reviews
- Collaborate weekly with other frontend engineers and designers and work with product and backend teams
- Implement UI for incident presentation: saved views, bulk actions, AI filtering, similar-incident grouping
- Help users remediate incidents via automated playbooks, severity scoring and assignment workflows
- Keep time for general frontend tasks and contribute to frontend platform improvements
Requirements
- Fluent English & French
- Extensive experience with React and TypeScript (3-5 years)
- Good product sense and ability to ship bug-free features
- Experience collaborating with designers, product managers and backend developers
- Ability to challenge requirements and push for features that solve real problems
- Familiarity with Figma and reviewing designs
- Autonomous working style
- (Nice to have) Experience with accessibility standards
- (Nice to have) Experience with ChakraUI
- (Nice to have) Some backend development experience
