Manager

• Implement and monitor the institute’s pedagogical project
• Organize the pedagogical pathways of learners
• Provide in-person instruction (regulation, remediation, review — individual and group) for up to 7 hours per week
• Prepare content and plan pedagogical pathways for DEAP programs
• Lead and schedule the teaching team and communicate information necessary for the smooth running of the training
• Manage certifications: write exam questions, supervise assessments, and mark examinations
• Participate in pedagogical committees, team meetings, and quality meetings
• Manage the selection process for new cohorts
• Identify, verify and monitor internship/practicum sites
• Support promotion of the institutes and contribute to writing news/updates for social networks
• Organize meetings with partner employers in collaboration with the site manager
• Use shared tools YPAREO and GENEPI and verify completeness of pedagogical tracking tools
• Organize collaborative workspaces for the entire team
• Support the administrative assistant in setting up internship agreements, training entry and exit certificates, and coordinate certification files
• Use collaborative digital tools: Office 365, LMS platforms (gret@distance)
• Ensure pedagogical materials are updated in line with the training reference framework
• Coordinate the team of trainers and participate in end-of-year evaluation of trainings
• Apply and enforce internal procedures (EDUFORM quality)
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Be proficient with referenced documents and their proper use.
