Assistant to the Site Training Manager – M/F

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and monitor the institute’s educational project
- Organize the pedagogical pathways for learners
- Deliver in-person teaching sessions (regulation, remediation, review — individual and group) up to a maximum of 7 hours per week
- Prepare content and plan pedagogical pathways for DEAP programs
- Lead and schedule the teaching team and share information necessary for the smooth running of the training
- Manage certifications: draft exam subjects, supervise exams, and grade assessments
- Participate in pedagogical committees, team meetings and quality meetings
- Manage selection processes for new cohorts
- Identify, verify and monitor internship/placement sites
- Support promotion of the institutes and collaborate on writing news for networks
- Organize meetings with partner employers in collaboration with the site manager
- Contribute to implementing the educational project and the communication plan (print, trade shows, social media…)
- Use common tools YPAREO and GENEPI and verify completeness of pedagogical tracking tools
- Organize collaborative workspaces for the entire team
- Assist the administrative assistant with setting up internship agreements, training entry and exit certificates, and coordinate certification files
- Use collaborative digital tools: Office 365, LMS platforms (gret@distance)
- Ensure teaching materials are kept up to date in line with the training reference framework
- Coordinate the trainer team and participate in end-of-year training evaluations
- Apply and enforce internal procedures (EDUFORM quality)
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Master the referenced documents and their use
Requirements
What you’ll need- Holder of the state nursing diploma (Registered Nurse) or State Diploma in Pediatric Nursing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Office 365
- Knowledge of GENEPI, YPAREO and LMS platforms appreciated
- Strong writing skills
- Organized, rigorous, autonomous and proactive
- Commitment to public service, discretion and confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
