About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and monitor the institute’s educational project
  • Organize the pedagogical pathways for learners
  • Deliver in-person teaching sessions (regulation, remediation, review — individual and group) up to a maximum of 7 hours per week
  • Prepare content and plan pedagogical pathways for DEAP programs
  • Lead and schedule the teaching team and share information necessary for the smooth running of the training
  • Manage certifications: draft exam subjects, supervise exams, and grade assessments
  • Participate in pedagogical committees, team meetings and quality meetings
  • Manage selection processes for new cohorts
  • Identify, verify and monitor internship/placement sites
  • Support promotion of the institutes and collaborate on writing news for networks
  • Organize meetings with partner employers in collaboration with the site manager
  • Contribute to implementing the educational project and the communication plan (print, trade shows, social media…)
  • Use common tools YPAREO and GENEPI and verify completeness of pedagogical tracking tools
  • Organize collaborative workspaces for the entire team
  • Assist the administrative assistant with setting up internship agreements, training entry and exit certificates, and coordinate certification files
  • Use collaborative digital tools: Office 365, LMS platforms (gret@distance)
  • Ensure teaching materials are kept up to date in line with the training reference framework
  • Coordinate the trainer team and participate in end-of-year training evaluations
  • Apply and enforce internal procedures (EDUFORM quality)
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Master the referenced documents and their use

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Holder of the state nursing diploma (Registered Nurse) or State Diploma in Pediatric Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Office 365
  • Knowledge of GENEPI, YPAREO and LMS platforms appreciated
  • Strong writing skills
  • Organized, rigorous, autonomous and proactive
  • Commitment to public service, discretion and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
