  • Virtasant is a leading cloud consulting services provider. We heavily focus on lift & shift, cloud-native development, cloud cost optimization, and migration services. As a consulting company, we often are faced with the challenge of creating an engineering team in a matter of a week or two. To do that, we have created a secondary support business that runs a talent network and provides staffing services.\n
  • Our client is one of the world\'s largest talent associations, dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations. With members that come from more than 120 countries and work in public and private organizations in every industry sector, our client is searching for talented, dynamic, and highly motivated individuals to join their ever-growing pool of virtual producers.\n
  • Our client is looking for Virtual Producers to be able to join and give support to worldwide online programs.\n
  • As a Virtual Producer, you will support the online production and technical delivery of live Education sessions (over video conferencing software). This would mean assisting the facilitator (course instructor) with interaction and moderation. You would provide detailed instructions to participants on using available tools and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise. This role provides a unique opportunity to be on the front lines of helping individuals and organizations achieve success through high-quality learning experiences.\n
  • This is not a facilitator, teacher, coach, or instructional design role. All of those professions are essential to e-learning but that\'s not the type of professional our client is looking for in this very specific role.\n
  • Responsibilities: Support facilitators to create a successful learning experience for participants. Manage the technical delivery of live remote events (via video conferencing tools) by providing technical guidance and instruction. Track time and deploy activities such as helping participants use interactive tools, set up break-out rooms, polls, and screen shares within the virtual delivery platform.\n
  • Required Qualifications: 1-3 years’ related experience navigating and supporting the virtual classroom in Adobe Connect. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, and Webex are also highly desirable.\n

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ related experience navigating and supporting the virtual classroom in Adobe Connect. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, and Webex are also highly desirable.\n
  • Capability to support facilitators and help create successful learning experiences, including troubleshooting participant technology challenges.\n
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to build effective external relationships.\n
  • Ability to confidently interact with the facilitator and participants to minimize technical issues and maximize engagement.\n
  • Ability to manage stress and perform quickly and calmly under pressure on any issue and proactively reach out to the proper channels for assistance.\n
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond in a friendly and professional manner through verbal and email communications.\n
  • Perfectly fluent in Arabic\n
  • Typical Working Hours: From 1:00am to 9:00am US Eastern Time (times may occasionally vary)
