About the role
- Qualify inbound leads and match them with the right team or partner
- Handle low-volume importers, close deals, and kick off account setups
- Connect with potential clients through discovery meetings and deliver a client-first experience
- Uncover opportunities using tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to qualify leads, book meetings, generate leads and keep your pipeline active
- Hit clearly defined key performance indicators and drive results by utilizing existing scripts, playbooks and CRM
Requirements
- Customs and trade knowledge, with a clear understanding of how GHY’s services create value
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A self-motivated, highly responsive approach to work
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and comfort in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Sales experience is an asset, but drive, curiosity, and growth mindset matter most
